HASCHBERG ELDERBERRY JUICE | ORGANIC

Elderberry (also known as Holler) has been cultivated in monasteries and farms since the Middle Ages. We use berries of the flavorful Haschberg variety (sambucus nigra), which originally comes from the Klosterneuburg Danube meadows. The juice is tart and delicate and is often drunk warm with a little honey in the "cold season".
