Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is produced in the Modena region. It is made from grape must and wine vinegar. Without added sugar, coloring or caramel, discover the unique flavor of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. We appreciate it on tomatoes & mozzarella, in salads, with charcuterie, cheese and desserts.

Maison Brémond delicatessen was founded in 1830 in Aix en Provence, then taken over in 2015 by Olivier Baussan.
